1. What you purchase

The product is one-time digital onboarding access for GDI and SP500 Breaker. It includes the activation guide, authorized third-party links, a private Members channel and a support space.

The listed price is USD 20. The payment provider quotes the amount payable in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) before payment.

2. What is not included

The purchase does not include trading capital, a brokerage account, broker fees, spreads, strategy subscription charges, performance fees, taxes or any other third-party cost. Those services are separate and subject to their own terms.

3. Third-party services and affiliate compensation

The strategies, broker environment, payment processor and Telegram are operated by third parties. Index Algo Hub does not control their availability, execution, pricing or decisions. Index Algo Hub may receive referral commissions when you use authorized links, at no stated additional charge for the onboarding product.

4. Eligibility and lawful use

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract, be permitted to use the relevant services in your jurisdiction and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for checking local restrictions and tax obligations.

5. Personal access

Access links, guides and private-channel invitations are personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, publish, share or circumvent access controls. We may suspend access reasonably connected to fraud, unauthorized distribution or abuse.

6. No financial advice or guarantee

Index Algo Hub is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager or strategy developer. Content is educational and operational, not personalized investment, legal or tax advice. No return, profit, uptime or risk level is guaranteed.

7. Availability and changes

We may update guides, support procedures, links and these Terms to reflect security, operational, legal or third-party changes. Material changes apply prospectively and will be posted with a new effective date.

8. Responsibility and liability

You make all funding and trading decisions and remain responsible for credentials, wallet addresses, network selection and account security. To the extent permitted by law, Index Algo Hub is not liable for market losses, third-party failures, platform downtime, execution differences or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
