Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited personal data used to verify payment, deliver Telegram access, provide support and protect the service.
1. Data we process
- Email address and Telegram username supplied at checkout.
- Order, invoice and payment identifiers, payment status, asset, amount and timestamps.
- Telegram user and chat identifiers when you connect the access bot.
- Basic server, security and error logs needed to operate and protect the service.
2. Data we do not request
Index Algo Hub does not need or request your wallet private key, recovery phrase, exchange password, broker password, payment-card data or two-factor authentication code. Do not send them through Telegram or any form.
3. Why we use data
We use the data to create and verify orders, prevent duplicate or fraudulent access, deliver personal invitations, answer support requests, maintain transaction records and secure the service.
4. Service providers
Data is processed as necessary through NOWPayments for crypto checkout, Telegram for bot and channel access, Vercel for site hosting and private order storage, and any third-party trading platform you independently choose to use. Each provider applies its own privacy terms.
5. Retention
Order and access records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Security logs may be retained for shorter operational periods.
6. Security
We use access controls and private storage for order records, but no online system is risk-free. You are responsible for securing your email, Telegram, wallet and trading accounts.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask through the official Telegram contact to access, correct or delete personal data, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Include your order reference but never sensitive credentials.
8. International processing
The service providers used by Index Algo Hub may process data in countries different from yours. By using the service, you understand that cross-border processing may occur under those providers’ safeguards and applicable law.
