Partner referrals

If you visit through a partner link, we retain the public referral code in your browser for up to 30 days and attach it to a Whop card checkout to credit that partner. Storage restrictions may prevent attribution. This does not change the course price. We do not send your email or private course link to the partner.

1. Data we process

• Interactive course checks, answers and current step, linked to the purchase. We use a private 30-day access cookie and a local progress copy to retry saving after connection interruptions.
• Email address supplied at checkout.
• Order, invoice and payment identifiers, payment status, asset, amount and timestamps.
• Whop activation, plan and membership identifiers used to grant or revoke course access.
• For earlier purchases, account and chat identifiers from the delivery platform used at the time.
• Campaign parameters, page interactions and basic browser or device information used for analytics and advertising measurement.
• Basic server, security and error logs needed to operate and protect the service.

2. Data we do not request

Index Algo Hub does not need or request your wallet private key, recovery phrase, exchange password, broker password, payment-card data or two-factor authentication code. Do not send them through support messages or forms.

3. Why we use data

We use the data to create and verify orders, prevent duplicate or fraudulent access, deliver personal invitations, answer support requests, maintain transaction records and secure the service.

4. Service providers

Data is processed as necessary through Mercado Pago for Argentine-peso checkout, NOWPayments for crypto checkout, Whop for card checkout, support, legacy course access and website traffic measurement, Resend for confirmation emails, Neon for order records and interactive course progress, Vercel for site hosting, analytics and private order storage, and Meta business tools for advertising measurement when enabled. Any third-party trading platform you independently choose applies its own privacy terms. We do not send payment-card, wallet, email or account credentials to Meta.

Website measurement

Whop measures visits to public pages, campaign sources and selected link clicks using browser/device information and a pseudonymous visitor identifier. Automatic form-field collection is disabled. This integration excludes private order, payment-result and administration pages, and does not send checkout email addresses or access links. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Browser privacy settings or blockers can limit these statistics. Whop records payments made on its own checkout separately.

5. Retention

Order and access records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Security logs may be retained for shorter operational periods.

6. Security

We use access controls and private storage for order records, but no online system is risk-free. You are responsible for securing your email, Whop, wallet and trading accounts.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask through Index Algo Hub support on Whop to access, correct or delete personal data, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Include your order reference but never sensitive credentials.

8. International processing

The service providers used by Index Algo Hub may process data in countries different from yours. By using the service, you understand that cross-border processing may occur under those providers’ safeguards and applicable law.
