Refund Policy

Crypto transfers are generally irreversible. Verify the network, asset, amount and destination shown by NOWPayments before sending funds.
1. When to contact us
Submit a refund or correction request within 7 calendar days of payment if you were charged twice for the same order, payment was confirmed but access could not be delivered, or access has not yet been delivered or used.
2. Delivered digital access
Because the product is digital and delivered through personal course access, or through personal invitations and guides for earlier purchases, payments are normally non-refundable once access has been delivered or used, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or the service has a material defect we cannot correct.
3. Items that are not refundable
We do not refund trading or broker losses, market performance, exchange-rate movements, third-party subscription or performance fees, network fees, an incorrect wallet or network chosen by the customer, or dissatisfaction with results that were never guaranteed.
4. Approved refunds
If approved, a refund will normally be sent in the same asset and network when practical. Provider and network costs may be deducted where permitted by law. You are responsible for supplying and verifying a compatible refund address.
5. How to request review
Contact Index Algo Hub support on Whop using the link on this site with the order reference, payment ID and a short explanation. Do not send private keys, recovery phrases, passwords or two-factor codes. We may request reasonable proof that you control the order.
